After much buzz, Alia Bhatt finally graced the Cannes Film Festival red carpet, turning heads in a dreamy vintage-inspired look that radiated timeless elegance.

The actress chose a stunning peach-toned off-shoulder gown by Schiaparelli, carefully styled by Rhea Kapoor. The figure-hugging creation featured delicate ecru Chantilly lace embellished with enamel and organza floral embroidery. A cascade of ivory mousseline, tulle, crepeline, and organza ruffles at the hem added drama to the sophisticated ensemble.

Opting for refined simplicity, Alia paired the outfit with classic pearl studs and styled her hair into a sleek bun, letting her effortless poise shine through.

Representing L’Oréal Paris as a global ambassador, the ‘2 States’ star made her debut at the 78th edition of Cannes, attending the screening of The Mastermind on Friday.

Photos of Alia on the red carpet, striking graceful poses for photographers, have taken over social media. Her snapshots alongside British actor Simone Ashley have also become fan favorites.

Before stepping onto the red carpet, Alia teased her look with a black-and-white Instagram Story, offering fans an early glimpse of her Cannes ensemble.

Bollywood had a strong showing at Cannes this year. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan brought her signature charm to the event, while other Indian celebrities such as Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi Kapoor, Vishal Jethwa, Karan Johar, Neeraj Ghaywan, Sharmila Tagore, Simi Garewal, and Urvashi Rautela also made notable appearances.

Alia’s much-anticipated red carpet moment came amid rumors that she might skip the event due to heightened India-Pakistan tensions. But her radiant presence dispelled any doubts, closing the festival on a high note for Indian cinema.
