Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has reportedly acquired two floors of a property in South Delhi's upscale Panchsheel Park for Rs 37 crore. The basement and ground floor of this property are already owned by his parents, Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, who lived there during their early careers.

According to The Economic Times, the transaction was registered in May this year, with a stamp duty of Rs 2.64 crore paid.

In 2023, Shah Rukh Khan's daughter, Suhana Khan, also made headlines for purchasing a beachfront property in Alibaug for Rs 12.91 crore. Located in Thal Village, Alibaug, the property encompasses three houses spread over 1.5 acres. Reports indicate that the transaction was completed on June 1, 2023, and Suhana paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh.

Unlike his father, Aryan Khan has chosen to work behind the camera. He is set to make his directorial debut with a six-episode digital series titled 'Stardom', starring Bobby Deol and featuring a cameo by Ranbir Kapoor. The series, written by Aryan, is produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment and includes significant roles for Mona Singh, along with guest appearances by Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Karan Johar. Aryan recently wrapped up the shoot for the show.
