02-09-2024Chidimma Adetshina, a 23-year-old law student, has been named Miss Universe Nigeria, following a series of controversies that led her to withdraw from the Miss South Africa competition. Born in Soweto to a Nigerian father and a Mozambican mother, Adetshina faced criticism regarding her eligibility for Miss South Africa due to her mixed heritage.
