Rumours surrounding a possible romance between Dhanush and Mrunal Thakur have resurfaced after fresh reports suggested that the two actors are planning to get married soon. Media chatter claims the alleged couple could exchange vows on February 14 in an intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends. Neither actor has so far issued any confirmation regarding these claims.

Talk of a relationship between the two began after they were repeatedly seen together at film-related events and social gatherings. Their public appearances, along with friendly interactions captured on camera, fuelled speculation among fans and on social media.

One such moment was Dhanush’s presence at the screening of Mrunal’s film Son of Sardaar 2. His attendance quickly became a talking point, prompting the actress to clarify that the invitation had come from actor Ajay Devgn and that there was no hidden meaning behind it.

In earlier interviews, Mrunal has firmly described Dhanush as a good friend and dismissed suggestions of a romantic link. “We share a warm friendship, nothing more,” she had stated, attempting to put the rumours to rest.
