26-02-2025Renowned dancer, choreographer, and actor Prabhudheva gave fans a special moment at his recent live concert in Chennai by introducing his son, Rishii Ragvendar Deva, to the stage for the first time. The father-son duo mesmerized the audience as they performed together to the iconic song Petta Rap from the film Kadhalan, originally directed by Shankar.
The much-anticipated concert took place on February 22 at YMCA, Chennai, marking a significant milestone in Prabhudheva’s illustrious career. The dancer-actor later shared a clip of his son's debut performance on social media, expressing his pride. "Proud to introduce my son Rishii Ragvendar Deva, as we share the spotlight for the first time! This is more than dance - it's legacy and a journey that's just getting started," he wrote.
Rishii began his performance alongside choreographer Sandy and a group of dancers, showcasing his energy and passion for dance. The excitement reached a peak when Prabhudheva joined him on stage, making the moment unforgettable for the audience.
The grand event was attended by several prominent celebrities, including Dhanush, Vadivelu, SJ Suryah, Roja, Meena, and Arun Vijay, who shared their admiration for Prabhudheva and their experiences working with him.
Often referred to as India’s Michael Jackson, Prabhudheva is a multifaceted artist known for his contributions as a choreographer, actor, and filmmaker. This concert marked his first-ever solo live dance event, drawing thousands of fans.
On the professional front, Prabhudheva was last seen in Himesh Reshammiya’s Badass Ravi Kumar. He currently has multiple projects in development, with several films in various stages of production.
