Rhea Singha, a 19-year-old model from Gujarat, has been crowned Miss Universe India 2024. The prestigious finale took place in Jaipur, Rajasthan, where Rhea stood out among 51 finalists. She will now represent India at the Miss Universe 2024 competition in Mexico later this year.

Rhea’s rise in the world of modeling is nothing short of inspirational. She began her journey at 16, and by 2020, she claimed the title of Diva's Miss Teen Gujarat. In 2023, she represented India in the Miss Teen Universe pageant in Madrid, Spain, where she reached the Top 62.

In addition to modeling, Rhea is a TEDx speaker, actor, and fitness enthusiast. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Performing Arts at GLS University in Gujarat. She is also an advocate for youth development, having launched her own initiative, "Work Ready with Rhea," which focuses on preparing young people with essential skills for the workforce.

During the question-and-answer segment of the competition, Rhea was asked which historical figure she would like to dine with and why. She chose Ahilyabai Holkar, an influential female ruler known for her contributions to women's empowerment during a time when the concept of feminism was unheard of.

Rhea’s victory was celebrated widely, with former Miss Universe India Urvashi Rautela crowning her and expressing optimism that Rhea could bring the Miss Universe crown back to India.
