Salman Khan Offers Nightly Support to Zeeshan Siddique After Father Baba Siddique’s Tragic Death
Following Baba Siddique's shocking murder, actor Salman Khan has been a steady support for Zeeshan Siddique, checking on him each night
28-10-2024In a recent interview, Zeeshan Siddique, son of late politician Baba Siddique, shared how actor Salman Khan has been a constant source of support since his father's tragic death in Mumbai earlier this month. Baba Siddique, aged 66, was fatally shot outside his son’s office while celebrating Dussehra with firecrackers on October 12. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility, citing Siddique’s close ties with Salman Khan as the reason for the attack.
Speaking to BBC Hindi, 32-year-old Zeeshan described Khan's support during this painful time: "Salman Bhai... he was deeply shaken by this incident. My father and Salman Bhai were as close as brothers. Even after his passing, Salman Bhai has been incredibly supportive. He checks on me every night. If I can’t sleep, we talk."
Zeeshan added, “Salman Bhai's support has always been there.”
Recently, Zeeshan joined the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) faction under Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. He has been announced as the NCP candidate for Vandre East constituency. Zeeshan was expelled from the Congress in August over alleged cross-voting in Maharashtra’s legislative council elections, a claim he previously denied.
