In a recent conversation, Sagarika shared the story of how her love with Zaheer blossomed. She recalled that Zaheer was initially hesitant to even speak to her, as he had formed a preconceived impression. It wasn’t until actor Angad Bedi played a key role in bridging the gap between them that the connection began to grow, ultimately leading to their marriage in 2017.

“I think we kept meeting but he wouldn’t talk to me at first because people used to say, ‘You know, she’s that kind of girl.’ I don’t know exactly what they meant by that,” Sagarika revealed during an interview with Bollywood Bubble.

Sagarika also credited Angad Bedi for helping them get together. She mentioned, “Angad Bedi played a significant role in bringing us closer.”

The couple had publicly confirmed their relationship in 2016 at the wedding of Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech, and they tied the knot the following year in a private ceremony.
