India's T20 World Cup 2024 celebrations continued as the victorious Men in Blue returned home. Captain Rohit Sharma, accompanied by teammates Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya, was honoured by the Ambani family during Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's Sangeet ceremony on July 5.

The trio attended the event in elegant attire, where they were recognized by Mumbai Indians' owners Nita and Akash Ambani. A viral video captured the moment as guests rose and swayed their arms to the patriotic song "Lehra Do" in appreciation of the players.

Rohit Sharma played a crucial role in India's campaign, finishing as the tournament's second-highest run-scorer. He amassed 257 runs in eight innings, averaging 36.71 with a strike rate of 156.70, including three fifties.

Hardik Pandya's all-round performance was instrumental, contributing 144 runs in six innings with an average of 48 and a strike rate of 151.57. He also took 11 wickets in eight innings, with his best bowling figures of 3/20 in the final. Suryakumar Yadav was another key player, scoring 199 runs in eight innings at an average of 28.42 and a strike rate of 135.37, with two fifties.
