According to a Reddit thread, Aaliyah’s comments, which were leaked online, have ignited significant discussion. In one of the leaked photos, Aaliyah remarked, "The Ambani Wedding is not a wedding, at this point, it's become a circus. I am enjoying stalking everything though." She also disclosed that she was invited to some of the events but chose not to attend. "I was invited to some events because apparently they're doing PR. But I said no because I would like to believe I have a little more self-respect than to sell myself out for someone's wedding," she wrote.

Aaliyah further added, "I just find rich people's lives so fascinating, it's like oh we have extra money, what should we do with it..."
