A blast occurred this morning near the CRPF school in Delhi's Rohini, causing damage to the school's wall but fortunately leaving no casualties. Forensic teams and Delhi Police's special cell officers arrived promptly at the scene to investigate the explosion's cause.

A local resident captured a video showing smoke rising from the area, explaining, "I was at home when I heard a loud noise and saw smoke. I recorded the video but don't know much more. The police and an ambulance are now at the spot."

The explosion took place around 7:47 a.m. near the school in Prashant Vihar. Senior police officer Amit Goel mentioned that experts had been called in to determine the cause of the blast. Initial reports suggest no suspicious items were found, but an underground sewage line is under examination as part of the investigation.

The blast shattered nearby car windows and damaged local shop signboards, according to residents. A police statement confirmed, "At 07:47 hrs, we received a PCR call reporting a loud blast near CRPF school in Sector 14, Rohini. The school's wall was damaged, and a foul smell was present. Nearby shop windows and a parked car were also affected, but no injuries were reported. Crime teams, the FSL team, and a bomb disposal squad have been deployed, and the area is cordoned off. The fire brigade is also present, and we are investigating the cause."

The National Security Guard (NSG) has been notified, and a team may visit the site. Sources suggested a crude bomb might be responsible for the blast, and a white powdery substance found at the scene is being sent for forensic analysis. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is also involved in the probe, and the Delhi Police have registered an FIR under the Explosives Act. The case will soon be transferred to the special cell, with authorities reviewing CCTV footage in the area to identify potential suspects. Investigators have not ruled out a conspiracy angle.
