In many Indian households, purchasing vegetables from local markets often includes receiving complimentary coriander leaves, known as 'Dhaniya'. However, this tradition was absent when ordering vegetables from online delivery platforms.

Recently, a user on the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) raised this issue, mentioning that his mother was surprised to find that she had to pay for 'Dhaniya' when ordering vegetables from Blinkit.

Tagging Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa in the post, the user suggested that 'Dhaniya' should be provided for free with a certain amount of vegetable purchase.

Responding promptly, Dhindsa assured the user that the company would address the concern.

Shortly after the post gained traction, Dhindsa announced the introduction of the 'free dhaniya' feature, thanking the user's mother for the suggestion and indicating plans to refine the feature in the near future.

Dhindsa's response garnered significant attention on social media, with users praising the initiative.

In the comments, users applauded the company for listening to customer feedback and suggested additional environmentally-friendly initiatives, such as introducing reusable bags for deliveries.

Overall, the company's responsiveness to user suggestions received positive feedback and appreciation from customers on social media.
