In his letter, Kharge mentioned a prior conversation with PM Modi on the matter, emphasizing that Singh's last rites should take place at a significant site that would also serve as a lasting tribute, in keeping with the tradition of honoring former statesmen and prime ministers with memorials at their funeral locations.
