Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath has confirmed that billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk will be featured in an upcoming episode of his popular podcast, ‘WTF’, sparking a wave of excitement across social media platforms.

The announcement came in the form of a stylish black-and-white teaser video posted online, offering fans a first look at the duo together. In the 39-second clip, Musk and Kamath are seen in what appears to be a factory-like setting, casually enjoying coffee, exchanging smiles, and laughing together.

The teaser was accompanied by the caption, “Caption this”, with Musk tagged directly, teasing the episode’s release. By the time of reporting, the post had already garnered over 3.3 million views, 33,000 likes, and more than 3,100 comments.

Reactions on social media have been varied. While many users expressed excitement and anticipation, others questioned the clip’s authenticity, speculating it might be AI-generated. One user simply asked, “Is this AI?”

Fans have also begun guessing the conversation topics, expecting discussions ranging from space exploration and cutting-edge technology to business strategies and personal insights. Humorous reactions flooded platforms like X (formerly Twitter), with comments such as, “We got Elon Musk and Nikhil's podcast before GTA VI,” and others praising Kamath’s growing global influence. Some fans even joked that the episode would “break the internet.”

The ‘WTF’ podcast has a reputation for featuring some of the world’s most influential figures. Previous episodes have included Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, biotech entrepreneur Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani, industrialist Kumar Birla, Perplexity AI’s Aravind Srinivas, and venture capitalist Vinod Khosla.

Perhaps its most notable guest to date was Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who appeared earlier this year to share his childhood experiences, worldview, and India’s growing impact in global technology.

With Elon Musk now joining the guest lineup, the ‘WTF’ podcast is expected to attract an even wider international audience, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the full conversation.
