Hilton India has been honored as the top company to work for in India by Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year. This recognition stems from an extensive survey conducted by the global research and consulting firm, which evaluated over 5 million employees across more than 1,750 organizations.

Hilton stands out as the only hospitality brand in India to achieve this top ranking for both 2023 and 2024. The award ceremony, held in Mumbai, saw attendance from leading industry executives.

This accolade highlights Hilton’s unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace that emphasizes pride, meaningful connections, and flexibility. Contributing factors to Hilton’s top ranking include its dedication to diversity and equity, a positive work environment, and a strong sense of pride in the company’s core values and vision.

Each year, Great Place to Work identifies India’s ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ through a rigorous assessment process that examines key aspects of company culture such as credibility, pride, respect, camaraderie, and fairness.

In November 2023, Hilton was also celebrated as the World’s Best Workplace, a landmark achievement for any hospitality company. This recognition follows eight consecutive appearances on the “World’s Best” list.

“It’s an incredible honor to be named India’s #1 Best Company to Work for 2024 for the second year in a row. This award underscores our commitment to creating a work environment that fosters pride and meaningful connections among our team members. We are immensely grateful to our Hilton India team, whose passion and dedication enhance the hospitality experience for our guests every day,” said Zubin Saxena, senior vice president and country head of Hilton India.

“This recognition truly reflects the outstanding culture we’ve cultivated at Hilton. Our people are the foundation of our success, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality. I am deeply thankful for our amazing team, and this award is a testament to our commitment to creating an equitable and enriching work environment where our team members can thrive,” added Sabu Raghavan, vice president of human resources for Hilton India.
