24-08-2024An IndiGo flight bound for Patna had to make an emergency landing in Nagpur on Friday after a passenger became severely ill mid-flight, according to officials.
The passenger exhibited concerning symptoms, including intense shaking, loss of consciousness, and body stiffness, prompting the emergency landing. Upon arrival, the passenger was immediately transported to KIMS-Kingsway Hospital for medical attention.
A senior hospital official reported that initial medical assessments indicate the passenger may be suffering from a seizure disorder. The individual is currently receiving treatment in the hospital's emergency department.
