A significant fire erupted on Friday at the Chennai campus of Tech Mahindra, leading to the rapid evacuation of personnel and deployment of emergency services.

Thick plumes of dark smoke were seen rising from the premises as flames spread quickly across part of the building. Fire and rescue teams reached the site shortly after the incident was reported and worked to contain the blaze.

Authorities confirmed that everyone inside the facility was moved to safety in time. No injuries or fatalities have been recorded.

Officials said the fire has been brought under control, while the exact reason behind the incident remains under investigation.
