30-06-2024On Saturday, a new photographic portrait of King Charles in military uniform was unveiled to commemorate Britain's Armed Forces Day.
The portrait features King Charles adorned in his Field Marshal No 1 Full Ceremonial Frock Coat, complete with medals, sword, and decorations.
As the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces, King Charles resumed his public engagements early last month following a cancer diagnosis in February.
Coinciding with the photograph's release, Queen Camilla delivered a video message to the armed forces, describing them as "a source of inspiration, reassurance, and pride."
