Noida International Airport, under the stewardship of CEO Christoph Schnellmann, is pioneering a sustainable approach to aviation infrastructure development.

Embracing a vision of net zero emissions, the airport is strategically planned with a strong focus on environmental impact mitigation.

Set to span over 5,000 hectares in Jewar, the project's first phase is nearing completion across 1,300 hectares. One of its standout features is an eight-acre forest reserve housing local plant species, reflecting its commitment to biodiversity preservation.

The transplantation of over 580 trees, including neem, mango, and banyan, underscores this dedication. Green initiatives abound, with renewable energy adoption, rainwater harvesting, and advanced waste management systems integral to the airport's design.

Leveraging breakthrough technologies like Nanogence Catalyst, the project aims to reduce carbon emissions while ensuring high material performance.

Anticipated to be India's largest airport upon completion, Noida International Airport represents a remarkable endeavor in sustainable aviation within the National Capital Region.
