In a unique Raksha Bandhan initiative, the Noida Traffic Police has decided to celebrate the festival by focusing on women's safety and traffic awareness. As part of this special campaign, no traffic challans will be issued to women drivers today. Instead, the police will distribute helmets to women at various intersections across the city, promoting the importance of road safety.

The Noida Traffic Police will conduct a large-scale awareness drive at multiple locations to educate women about traffic rules and safety measures. While women can enjoy a penalty-free day on the roads, the police have cautioned that severe traffic violations will still attract strict enforcement.

Raksha Bandhan, celebrated across India with great cultural and emotional significance, is a day dedicated to the bond between siblings. This year, the Noida Traffic Police's thoughtful initiative adds a meaningful twist to the festivities, emphasizing the importance of safety on the roads.
