Raju Bhargava, the Police Commissioner of Rajkot, has been swiftly transferred following the tragic fire incident at a gaming zone that claimed 28 lives, including those of nine children. His new assignment remains undisclosed for now. Brajesh Kumar Jha, the Special Commissioner of Police from Ahmedabad, will assume the role in his place.

Additionally, Vidhi Choudhary, the Additional Commissioner of Police responsible for Administration, Traffic, and Crime in Rajkot City, has also been reassigned without a specified post. Mahendra Bagria, the former Deputy Inspector General for the Kutchh-Bhuj (West) zone, will take over her duties.

In a series of changes, Sudhirkumar Desai, the Deputy Commissioner of Police for Zone 2 in Rajkot City, has been replaced by Jagdish Bangwara, the former Superintendent of Vadodara's Central Prison. Like Bhargava and Choudhary, Desai's new position is yet to be announced.
