Prashant Kishor, the head of Jan Suraj, revealed on October 31 that he charges a fee exceeding Rs 100 crore for providing strategic guidance to political parties or leaders in elections. This statement came while he was campaigning for the upcoming by-elections in Bihar.

At a rally in Belaganj, Kishor addressed a crowd, including Muslim community members, explaining that many people question the source of his campaign funding.

He remarked, “I have shaped the strategies for ten governments across various states. Do you think I wouldn’t have the resources to set up tents and canopies for my campaign? If I charge Rs 100 crore or more for advising in just one election, I can sustain my campaign efforts for the next two years.”

Jan Suraj has announced candidates for the four assembly seats in the upcoming Bihar by-elections. Mohammad Amjad will contest from Belaganj, Jitendra Paswan from Imamganj, Sushil Kumar Singh Kushwaha from Ramgarh, and Kiran Singh from Tarari.

The by-elections are set for November 13, with results expected on November 23 for the seats in Belaganj, Imamganj, Ramgarh, and Tarari.
