Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are preparing for their wedding this month, with Sonakshi's father, Shatrughan Sinha, confirming his attendance. In an interview with Zoom, the veteran actor and politician addressed rumors suggesting he wouldn't be at the ceremony. "Whose life is it anyway?" he remarked. "This is the life of my only daughter, Sonakshi, of whom I am very proud. She calls me her pillar of strength. Of course, I will be there at the wedding. Why shouldn't I?"

He continued, "The fact that I am still in Mumbai shows I am here not only as her pillar of strength but also as her real kavach (armor). Sonakshi and Zaheer have to build their life together, and they look wonderful together."

Addressing the circulating false reports, he added, "To those spreading rumors, I say, 'Khamosh, it's none of your business. Mind your own affairs.'"

Meanwhile, Zaheer Iqbal was seen enjoying a fun outing with friends, including actor Saqib Saleem, Huma Qureshi's brother.

Sonakshi and Zaheer have been rumored to be dating since 2020. They appeared together in the 2022 film "Double XL" and also featured in the music video "Jodi Blockbuster" last year.
