The parents of the late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala have shared a video of their newborn son, Shubhdeep, who was seen wearing a turban. Sidhu Moosewala's parents, Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, welcomed the baby boy in March this year. A video on Instagram showed Balkaur Singh feeding the newborn with a spoon and included footage of the medical team bringing the child into the world. The video also showed Balkaur Singh celebrating by cutting a cake with the doctors.

Balkaur Singh had previously announced the birth on Instagram, expressing gratitude to fans in Punjabi. He wrote, "Thanks to the good wishes of the millions of Shubhdeep's fans, Akal Purakh has blessed us with Shubh’s little brother. My wife’s health is good, thanks to the Almighty, and we are grateful to our well-wishers for their love and support."

Sidhu Moosewala’s real name was Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, hence the use of "Shubhdeep" for his younger brother. Along with the announcement, Balkaur Singh shared a photo of himself proudly holding the newborn.

Recently, Balkaur Singh addressed rumors surrounding his wife’s pregnancy. Charan Kaur, who is 58, conceived the child through IVF. In a Facebook post, he urged supporters not to believe circulating rumors, stating, "There are many rumors about our family, but please do not believe them. The family will share any news directly with everyone."

Sidhu Moosewala was tragically killed on May 29, 2022, by six attackers, a day after his security was reduced, in Jawahar Ke village in Punjab's Mansa district.
