AAP MP Sanjay Singh has criticized Tihar prison authorities' claims regarding Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's health, calling their statements a crime and disputing their accuracy.

Singh alleged Kejriwal has lost 8.5 kg and experienced dangerously low blood sugar levels multiple times since his arrest. He also accused the government of conspiring to harm Kejriwal.

The prison authorities, however, refuted these allegations, stating that Kejriwal's health is regularly monitored and that he is following a medically-prescribed diet.

They maintained that despite slight weight loss, Kejriwal's vitals are normal and he is receiving appropriate medical care. They accused AAP of misleading the public and undermining the prison administration.

The prison provided documented weight charts showing Kejriwal's weight dropping from 63.5 kg to 61.5 kg between June 2 and July 14. Kejriwal has been in Tihar Jail since June 2 after his interim bail expired.
