The Gujarat High Court Arbitration Centre (Domestic & International) in collaboration with the High Court of Gujarat, is gearing up to host the prestigious GHAC Arbitration Week 2026.
The grand opening ceremony is set for the evening of 3rd September at 07:30 P.M. The event is scheduled to take place from 4th to 6th September at the Gift City Club in Gandhinagar, the landmark threeday event revolves around the theme - "Building Gujarat's Institutional Arbitration Ecosystem" under the guiding vision of - "Three Days - Three Stakeholders - One Vision".
The event aims to establish premiere arbitral institute delivering efficient, efficacious, and effective dispute resolution while fostering harmony in business and human relationships.
The event will be graced by prominent figures, Hon’ble Judges of Supreme Court consisting of Justice P. S. Narasimha, Justice K. V. Viswanathan, Justice N. V. Anjaria, Justice Vipul M.
