Saraf and Partners is pleased to announce that Mathew Thomas has joined the firm as a Partner in its Capital Markets Practice, bringing along his entire team.

Mathew Thomas is a distinguished professional with a notable history of advising both domestic and international clients on a broad array of capital markets transactions. His expertise includes initial public offerings (IPOs), rights offerings, qualified institutional placements (QIPs), and public offerings of units and debt securities by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs).

Prior to his new role at Saraf and Partners, Mathew was a Partner at J. Sagar Associates (JSA). He also held positions in the capital markets teams at Trilegal, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., and Khaitan & Co.
