Saraf and Partners Further Strengthens Real Estate Practice with Appointment of Nitin Saluja as Partner

Saraf and Partners has appointed former AZB & Partners real estate specialist Nitin Saluja as a Partner in its Delhi office, further expanding its capabilities in complex property and real estate transactions

Saraf and Partners has further strengthened its Real Estate practice with the appointment of Nitin Saluja as a Partner in its Delhi office. Nitin joins the Firm from AZB & Partners, where he spent over a decade and was a Partner in the Real Estate practice.

Nitin brings extensive experience advising private equity funds, real estate developers, financial institutions and multinational corporations on complex real estate transactions and advisory matters. His experience spans commercial, retail, residential, industrial, institutional and special economic zone assets.

He advises on acquisitions and investments, debt financing, leasing, joint development and collaboration arrangements, and other real estate transactions involving both operating assets and development-stage projects across multiple real estate asset classes.

His broader practice includes undertaking complex title and project due diligence, advising on real estate regulatory and structuring matters including under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), stamp duty and registration laws, and matters relating to emerging real estate asset classes including co-working and co-living.
