SKV Law Offices has advised Acidaes Solutions Private Limited (BUSINESSNEXT) in connection with its USD 40 million Series C fundraising from ServiceNow Ventures Holdings Inc. The transaction marks a significant milestone for the enterprise software company, which provides AI-driven banking and financial services technology.

The fresh capital is expected to help BUSINESSNEXT expand its autonomous banking platform while accelerating the deployment of private artificial intelligence solutions for banks and financial institutions. Following the completion of the investment, the company has attained an estimated valuation of around USD 700 million.

The investment also strengthens the strategic relationship between BUSINESSNEXT and ServiceNow. Through this collaboration, the companies aim to develop an integrated autonomous operating platform tailored for the financial services industry, supporting digital transformation initiatives across banking enterprises.

The investment comes at a time when autonomous banking technologies are witnessing rapid growth globally. According to a Market Research Future report, the autonomous banking market is projected to reach USD 3.59 billion by 2035, expanding at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 20.28%.

The transaction was led by SKV Law Offices, with the deal team comprising Pranav Bhaskar (Senior Partner), Tejaswi Dudeja (Senior Associate), Priyanka Singh (Associate), and Aritra Mitra (Associate).
